How Does It Work?

Once you sign up for an initial consultation, Coach Martin will email you more details, but you can see below how the process generally works.

Step #1: Initial Consultation

This will be a 30-minute, free (no strings attached) zoom call to determine if you are a good fit to work together. During this call, you will:

  • Discuss the findings of the assessment with strengths/weaknesses

  • Discuss intervention strategies

  • If you decide to move forward with the process, you will set up your first official call - the Program Review Session.

Step #3: Check-In Calls

  • Following your program review session, you will have one 30-minute check-in call per week at a time that is pre-determined during the Program Review session.

  • Throughout the week, you are free to contact your trainer with questions, videos, and feedback via the Train Heroic app or email.
