Martin Performance's Online Personal Training helps driven men and women, who aren't able to attend in person, build lean, athletic, healthy physiques without the frustrations of trying to figure it out alone

How Does It Work?

Once you sign up for an initial consultation, Coach Martin will email you more details, but you can see below how the process generally works.

Step #1: Initial Consultation

This will be a 30-minute, free (no strings attached) zoom call to determine if you are a good fit to work together. During this call, you will:

  • Explain the details of your goals

  • Go through a movement assessment

  • Discuss the findings of the assessment with strengths/weaknesses

  • Discuss intervention strategies

  • If you decide to move forward with the process, you will set up your first official call - the Program Review Session.

Step #2: Program Review Session

  • You will get an invitation to join Train Heroic, an online training platform. We use this platform because it is the easiest and most intuitive online training experience for both the coach and the client.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for Coach Martin to design you a program.

  • During this call, Coach Martin will present your program and exercises. You will go over the execution of the main exercises.

Step #3: Check-In Calls and Training Adjustments

  • I will monitor your progress through the training program and make adjustments where necessary 

  • Now that you are settled into your training plan, you will have one 30-minute check-in call per month

  • Throughout the week, you are free to contact your Coach Martin with questions, videos, and feedback via the Train Heroic app or email.

​How is the training delivered?

All of our training is delivered directly to your phone via our coaching app, Train Heroic. You’ll be given step-by-step guidance on how to use it. It has an intuitive design with video tutorials on the movement and an easy interface that allows easy messaging with your coach to monitor the progress you’re making.

What kind of results can I expect to see?

Some of the most impressive transformations to date have come from Online Clients. The flexibility to train on your own schedule with a program that's customized and adjusted to your needs alongside the nutrition guidance of Coach Martin means within weeks you can expect to be leaner, stronger, healthier, and more confident with your physique.
